Mr. Ainsworth, President, joined ChoiceSpine as Vice President of R&D in 2015 and then served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Technology, responsible for R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, and International Business. Having over 25 years of experience in medical device design, strategy, and commercialization, Steve is a seasoned executive who continues to drive innovation. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer and an MS and PhD in Bioengineering from Clemson University.

Vice President of Sales

Keith joined ChoiceSpine in the summer of 2019 to lead our US sales team. Combining his decade spent as a healthcare provider with over 15 years of spine hardware and biologics sales experience, he embodies our customer-focused approach with the best clinical outcomes in mind. Prior to entering the medical device industry, Keith served as the Director of Sports Medicine and Head ATC for University of Tennessee Men’s Athletics. He graduated with a BS in Athletic Training from Fresno State and MS in Exercise Biochemistry from Cal Poly.

Vice President of Business Development and International

Anderson Collins joined ChoiceSpine in 2011, holding various leadership positions.  He drives sustained growth, fosters innovation, and positions ChoiceSpine to ensure future success while strategically leading business development, evaluating business and M&A opportunities, and international expansion. Mr. Collins has an extensive business and market development, operations, supply chain, and finance background and holds a B.S. from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Texas Christian University and led an international business unit for a specialty material manufacturer.

Kim has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Orthopedic, Ophthalmic, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. Before working at ChoiceSpine, Kim was responsible for Regulatory Compliance at Odyssey Medical Technologies.

Judy Barkhurst joined ChoiceSpine in October of 2012 and directs our business analytics functions and contracting.  Before that, Judy was a consultant and Director of Marketing for a disposable medical products company for 15 years.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Industrial / Organization Psychology.
